Bridget Pratt experienced this herself when she interviewed with our leadership team for our integral role of Director of Talent Acquisition. She was so impressed with the amount of time that the Healthlink Advisors team took to get to know her, and she recognized that was above and beyond what one would normally experience in the interview and onboarding process. It was clear that relationships matter and Healthlink Advisors invests the time and resources to prove that.
As part of our team, Bridget is now responsible for fostering and developing that connection with our new hires.
